E2Mango Return Information

E2Mango takes great pride in offering the best possible customer service possible to all of our clients. We understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, products will need to be returned. Please see our complete return policy as stated below:

  • All defective merchandise sold by E2Mango will be replaced or returned upon request from you, the customer for up to 21 days. After the 21 day deadline, no refunds will be honoured. To return merchandise to E2Mango, we ask that you first contact us for approval prior to you returning the merchandise. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for your return. Please do not attempt to return anything you purchase from E2Mango without a RMA number.
  • All products purchased from E2Mango are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the particular warranty that came with your product for more information.
  • E2Mango has a 21 day return and exchange policy. A product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging to be returned and must also contain the original UPC code, as well. Please note that E2Mango reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned without all necessary information mentioned above. This fee is charged on a case by case basis by E2Mango. For all returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Return shipping chargers are non-refundable. Your refund, should you be eligible for one, will cover the original purchase price as well as the sales tax, if applicable. However, if the return is ruled to be necessary due to an error by E2Mango, your shipping charges will be gladly refunded.
  • To obtain your RMA number, contact E2Mango via email at customerservice@e2mango.com. All returns and RMA number designations are done via email. We will provide a prompt response to your request, usually within 1 business day of receipt. Please do not attempt to return an item without an RMA, as it will not be honored.
  • We ask that you use a shipping method that will confirm delivery when you ship back an item. Such companies include the US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx.

  • We apologize, but we can not accept any packages C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or any third party billing.
  • All credits will be issued within 7-10 days of receipt and processing at our return center.

Once you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please mail your return packages with your RMA clearly visible on the outside of the package as well as written down inside of the package to:
